A smooth ride, silent, comfortable, we do not want to know the details of the engine but we want performance. The same happens with procurement now a days. What the contracting and procurement does, is not a concern but more of an invisible entity that deliver results.

Results that make a requisition a painless, fast, accurate and wholesome purchase, a breeze. We do not need to know what happens, just have a nice ride.
